Created by comedian, author, speaker, and Infinite Creator founder Beth Lapides, the workshop combines storytelling, creative inquiry, practical exercises, and guided reflection to help participants move from overwhelm, uncertainty, or scattered momentum into clarity, direction, and meaningful action.

At the center of the work is a simple but profound idea:
The project you choose shapes what you learn, who you meet, what risks you take, and who you become.

Through a sequence of prompts, conversations, and workbook exercises, participants explore where they are now, what matters most, what fears or patterns may be blocking movement, and what future may be asking to emerge.

Beth Lapides is a comedian, author, speaker, and creativity coach known for helping artists, leaders, and organizations navigate change and bring new work to life.

She is the founder and host of UnCabaret — the groundbreaking alternative comedy show credited with helping redefine stand-up comedy — and the founder of The Infinite Creator, a platform devoted to creativity, transformation, and meaningful change.

Beth has taught, coached, or spoken in creative and educational settings including Wieden+Kennedy, the Erma Bombeck Writers' Workshop, Brown University, CalArts, and The Second City, and has worked with creatives at every level of their process — from first ideas to major transitions and new directions.

Her work blends storytelling, humor, practical tools, and emotional insight to create experiences that are both creatively energizing and deeply human.
